Terms & Conditions

Effective as of 1 December 2023

Apparelkare Limited offers the supply of goods and services subject to the following conditions of sale. These terms and conditions shall remain valid and effective, taking precedence over any other conditions, unless specifically agreed upon in writing by Apparelkare Limited. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

1. Ownership of Goods

Apparelkare Limited retains ownership of all goods supplied until the full purchase price has been paid. You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and content made available by Apparelkare Limited remain vested in us. You are authorized to use the materials only as expressly permitted by Apparelkare Limited. Returned checks will incur a charge of £20.00 per representation. Samples cannot be returned for credit.

2. Returns

Goods are not to be sold on a sale or return basis. All returns must be authorized by our sales team. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the goods are not in a resalable condition, have been embroidered, or the garments in question have been placed via a special order. Faulty goods will only be accepted if there is a genuine fault in the garment, provided that the garment has not been excessively worn or improperly washed. In the case of the return of faulty goods, each case will be objectively investigated by our sales team, and approval will be sought to issue an appropriate credit. Any faulty garments returned to Apparelkare Limited must be clearly marked. Any returned goods collected from customers using our carrier service will incur a charge of £12.00 per carton.

All claims arising from shortages and non-faulty goods will only be considered if notification is received within five working days of receipt. Failure to notify Apparelkare Limited accordingly will absolve us of any liability for discrepancies.

3. Embroidery

Except for faulty goods, Apparelkare Limited will not accept returns for goods that have been embroidered by third-party embroiderers, where incorrect colors or shade variations have been dispatched. Embroidery costs are in addition to garment prices.

4. Made to Order

All made-to-order goods are non-refundable unless a genuine fault with the garment is present. All orders need to be confirmed before processing. Orders specifying particular colors or fabrics on any garments are subject to the following disclaimer: The shade of fabric may not be an exact match from one batch to another due to the weaving process, but measures are taken to keep the tolerance levels to a minimal variation.

We aim to produce all special orders in the desired quantity, but there is always a possibility of additional pieces, which can be up to 15% of the initial order.

5. Prices

Prices are subject to change without prior notice and may vary. All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. VAT will be charged at the applicable rate at the time of goods dispatch where applicable.

6. Payment Terms


All orders, prior to the approval of a credit account by Apparelkare Limited, will be on a pro forma basis. All checks should be made payable to Apparelkare Limited. Invoices to customers with approved credit facilities are subject to a 30-day payment term from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon by Apparelkare Limited. Failure to meet payment terms may result in immediate actions such as appointing a receiver, liquidator, administrator, or other acts of insolvency to repossess the goods. We reserve the right to charge an interest rate of 2% on all overdue accounts, accumulating monthly from the due date. Failure to make payment by the due date may lead to the suspension of further deliveries until the payment is made in full.
